The day began cloudy but in the end some remarkable achievements were posted. The wind was blowing hard at 40-45 knots and Antoine Albeau took his chances setting a new Windsurfing World Record with 52.05 kts. He is now the first windsurfer to reach 52 knots, doing so on his RS:Racing EVOV. He also had a remarkable streak of 5 runs over 50 knots and 6 runs over 51 knots during the day.

Anders Bringdal followed not far behind with a new Swedish record which is also a new World Record on Production boards of 51.45 knots.

Great results from the boys and the event is still not over!
