Dioneia Vieira is once again Brazilian Kiteboarding Champion. In 2013, she had a busy year trying to be really focused on competition. In her first PKRA event this year in Leucate, she faced strong winds which was a tough competition for her. And in June, back to Cumbuco, she had a lot of hard work training for the Brazilian tour.
