It was all about waves, two weeks at one of the Top Wavespots along the moroccon coastline, two very nice and highly motivated groups who travelled to the Magic Fun Moulay Center, a Fanatic The Boarderscenter, at Moulay Bouzerktoun in Morocco with the goal to learn from coach Tom Brendt, just all about waves, rides and jumps. In the end it became much more than this, exciting moments when out for the first time in 2 – 2,5 meter waves, fully powered on the Windsurf gear or paddling on the SUPs, many fun and special moments to share, some very nice and above all typical moroccon dinners and excursions through the Medina of Essaouira, where you still feel the heartbeat of the orient.
With 50 % wind and a 100 % waves te conditions did help to learn how to behave in waves, find them, ride them. The Magic Fun Center did the rest to round it all up, not only providing all Fanatic Waveboardlines, powered with the latest North Sails, but also the easy going Allwave SUP´s and some great food to recharge batteries between and after our sessions at the inhouse Cafe Resto.
The next Wavespecials in Moulay are already planned for end of april and beginning of may 2016 !
For those who can´t wait that long, the next Windsurf Camps with Tom Brendt and Yoli de Brendt will take place at Lanzarote in june, followed by Fuerteventura and Kos / Greece…
