The Virgin Kitesurf World Championships event in Cabarete has been cancelled due to organizational difficulties and therefore will not take place in 2015 at all. These unfortunate circumstances opened the possibility to postpone the event in Venezuela from June 9th till 14th in order to avoid a clash of dates with the Triple S Invitational (a sliders and kickers event taking place in Cape Hatteras, USA). Venezuela, Isla de Coche (Disciplines: Freestyle & Big Air), then becomes the second stop of the VKWC. This place is renowned as one of the best kite spots in the world for freestyle thanks to its flat water and constant winds. Riders will be able to put on a great show and push the level with their latest tricks.
