The Snowkite European Championship at Reschensee from 20.-22.1.2012 is officially sanctioned by the ISKA (International Snow Kiting Association). The european title will be awarded in the disciplines of freestyle / park and race. The competitions are thus held to ISKA rules.
Location
The Reschensee (it. Lago di Resia) is a reservoir in the community Graun in
western South Tyrol. The artificial lake is six kilometers long and the widest offices about a kilometer wide. The villages Reschen, Graun and St. Valentine on the Haid lie on
Reschensee, with Reschen, Graun and Kaschon Weiler (St. Valentine), Spin (Graun) directly on the lake.
